It is with deep sadness that The Mental Health Association of Westchester announces the passing of Charlotte Ostman, our beloved Chief Executive Officer.
Under Charlotte’s leadership during the past six years, MHA and the community have come to respect and love her for her deeply felt commitment to the work, for her compassion and for her connection to the people we serve and to our staff. We admire her as a strong, strategic leader who never lost sight of our core values emphasizing respect and dignity.
We will greatly miss Charlotte’s drive, her far-reaching vision, her passion for innovation and for the use of cutting-edge technology to consistently do better. Those who knew her and worked with her will greatly miss her innate ability to see the strength in individuals and her passion for helping people find the niche in which they would excel. We will continue to move forward achieving our vision and delivering excellent service to our community.
