Your voice matters and we’re here to listen. MHA’s Peer and Family Advisory Council was created to ensure that the voices of all participants of MHA services are heard in all areas of their treatment and recovery. The Peer and Family Advisory Council works in partnership with participants of our services, families, MHA staff and board members.
Participants who wish to participate will be invited to monthly meetings along with other members of the MHA community. By creating a collaborative environment between providers and participants, we hope to encourage individuals to share their experiences with MHA, advocate for other individuals or families enrolled in MHA services, and learn more about the different initiatives and programs in the agency.
