MHA Named Top Workplace by The Journal News
On Sunday, May 1st, The Mental Health Association of Westchester was awarded a 2016 Top Workplaces honor by The Journal News. The award, which was only given to 15 companies in the Lower Hudson Valley, is based on results of a survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including alignment, execution and connection.
